Returns - Policy and Procedures 
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee the safe delivery of all merchandise.  If you fail to receive your order or if arrives in damaged condition, we will replace it absolutely free.

Manufactured Goods
We guarantee all manufactured goods against defects in materials and workmanship.  If you ever receive a defective item, let us know.  We'll provide Return Authorization (see below).  Upon receipt of defective goods, we will replace them.  

Natural Items
All nature-made items, such as skulls, bones, minerals, fossils, etc. are subject to natural variation and minor defects. 

Special Orders
Merchandise ordered specifically for you may not be returned.  This generally applies real human skulls, etc, and anatomical models, (b) large quantities of any one any item and (3) anything else specifically purchased for you.
Returns must be authorized within thirty days of the date the merchandise was shipped to you. Merchandise may not be returned after that date.

Return Procedure
    GIve us a call or send us an email.  Our Customer Service staff will try to respond the same day.  If the return is in accordance with our Return Policy, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number and an address for return shipment.  Write the Return Authorization Number boldly on the package and ship to specified address.  We will not accept packages that do not meet this criterion as it is often impossible to match them to an order or customer. 
     We charge 25% of the invoice amount for the return of merchandise that is not defective, nor damaged in shipment

     Upon receipt of merchandise returned in accordance with the above, we will replace defective items.  If not defective,  we will credit your account for the price of the item, less any restocking charge, if applicable.  (See above).  You may apply the credit toward the purchase of any thing in our site.  We do not refund shipping costs.
