General
Orders received before 10AM Monday through Friday
generally ship the same day. Orders received after 10AM
are generally shipped the next day. Delays can
be caused by items being temporarily out-of-stock. We will notify
you of any delay exceeding 2 weeks. Please be sure to include a
phone number and an email address to ensure proper customer service and
prompt delivery
Domestic Shipping:
Orders for posters and charts are sent by
U.S. mail. There is flat shipping and handling charge of
$5.95, regardless of how many are orders.
All other merchandise is shipped by U.P.S. Please not
that that U.P.S. will not ship to a post office box or APO
address. Most orders are delivered in 3-4 days, but we ask
that you allow 7 before contacting us.
Express and Rush Orders:
Please call our customer
service line at 1-800-540-4309 between 9 AM and 4 PM EST Monday-Friday,
for quotes and availability.
Overseas Shipping:
All overseas shipments are at the sole risk of the
customer.
(1) AIR via UPS or Fed/Ex. Allow 2-4
days for arrival. Overseas shipping by air is very expensive and UPS /
Fed Ex charges are high. Computing these charges is a major
task that takes into account size and weight of package, type of
service, destination country and other factors. Generally
their charge will be at least $50.00 for even a small package.
Lager packages cost a lot more, so if you are
considering this option, then order all you can at one time.
The Shipping Companies guarantee delivery. In the event of
non-delivery, your recourse is file a claim with them.
(2) SURFACE / SHIP
This is far less expensive than air but takes more time as mail is
carried across the ocean in ship cargo containers. The
United States Postal Service will delivery your order to the post
office of the address country. At that point, it is out of
their hands. Delays can be caused by customs procedures and incorrect shipping addresses.
Such shipments cannot be insured and we will make such shipments
only at the sole risk of the customer. Please include a phone number and an email address to
ensure proper customer service and prompt delivery.
Estimated Charges
Shipping Charges are computed using complex formulas that
take into delivery agent, speed of delivery, size of package and
weight. In most cases the charges roughly correspond to the
size of the purchase. This let us establish the estimated
charges cited below. They are only an estimate. You will be billed
for the the actual
shipping charge, whatever it is. |
